Sessions focus on one or more of the four areas - MindBody, Soul, Heart. We examine the parts to improve the integrated whole. Examples as follows:

Areas of Work

   Mind:

Improving focus, achieving goals, exam success, work progression, mental health issues, overcoming anxiety, depression and panic.

 

    Body:

Personal training, nutrition, diet, weight loss, confidence, style

and clothing.

 

 

   Soul:

creative therapies, art, spirituality, fun, play, yoga, meditation, music.

 

 

   Heart:

strengthening relationships with yourself and with others,

healing emotional trauma.
